The Papua New Guinea Marine Park Project is located in the core commercial area of the Ela Beach Special Economic Zone in Port Moresby, the capital of Papua New Guinea. Covering a total area of 4.2 hectares, it comprises apartments, hotels, shopping malls and high-end office buildings, and will drive the improvement of local urban construction standards and the development of regional economy.
