Shenzhen Bay Cultural Plaza is one of Shenzhen’s “Ten Major Cultural Facilities for the New Era.” Located at the intersection of Keyuan South Road and Chuangye Road in Houhai Central District, Nanshan, it boasts prime waterfront views overlooking Talent Park and is adjacent to the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. The project covers a total site area of approximately 51,000 square meters and has a total gross floor area of 188,000 square meters. Designed by MAD Architects, led by internationally renowned architect Ma Yansong, the plaza officially commenced trial operations on November 1, 2025.
