China Academy of Medical Sciences Fuwai Hospital Shenzhen is the only public Grade-A tertiary cardiovascular specialty hospital in Shenzhen. Its Phase II project is located on Langshan Road in Nanshan District, adjacent to the existing Phase I buildings. The expansion primarily comprises a research and integrated facility with a total gross floor area of approximately 70,000 square meters and adds 150 new inpatient beds. Upon completion, the project will significantly enhance the hospital’s capacity to become a world-class, nationally leading center for cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment, as well as an innovative clinical medical research center operating under a new institutional mechanism.
